Okay, so here's some thing's everyone can work on before class.

Dennis and Hayley: I know you guys have already figured out which backgrounds you'll be working on, so I guess finish those by class.
Bev: try to get as much inking done as possible. I'll give you my light box so you don't have to use Lisa's.
Lisa, Katie, Chad: Animate, clean up, etc. You guys know what to do.

I'll be at the school on Saturday overlooking the audio guys while they do foley work. It would be nice to get an animator to join us, as I'm sure they'll have questions for you guys that I can't answer.

So I'm putting together the scene information sheets this weekend.

They will contain:

-Info on the scene including what background is used and a copy of the background it's self.

-The length of the scene to the frame (ie: 1 sec 3 frames)

-Copies of the storyboards for the cut. (Small version pasted on the info sheet and bigger versions attached)

I wanted to know if there was anything else that you wanted (mostly Katie and Chad) to be included with them.

I'll have the background list and scene work lists typed and posted this weekend as well.

I'm also setting up a folder for everything you will need broken up into scenes then the cuts. Every thing you will need for that cut is included along with the story boards, background, and any audio used. A copy of the info sheet will also be posted there as well, in case they get lost.

Let me know if there is anything you guys (all of you now) would like me to get done to help you all.

ok... so i went through the animatic to see how many more backgrounds we need... and the estimated number is... 41. Yes, FORTY-ONE. Before we go freaking out, many of these backgrounds are pretty simple, and are only centered around conversations between characters, so those shouldn't be too difficult. I think what we'll be doing is working on the backgrounds, getting CLEAN penciled versions of them ready each week for those who will need them for animating. Bev and probably myself will be inking these scenes progressively throughout the quarter. If we have time near the end, we will start adding color. Take a look over the list of needed backgrounds, and use the animatic as reference to what these backgrounds will look like. You should all have a copy of the animatic. If not, grab it from our shared folder. I will mention more about the backgrounds and assigning them to each individual in the coming days. For now, just take a look at the animatic and list of backgrounds.

So, Chad is bringing his brother in to record voice work on wednesday night. I think at this point he's our best option as Marcel (and Timothy lol). As for the other characters, I gave some listening to the tryouts that Katie gave me, and I think Hollie does well as Sheryl, Eric as the paperboy/waiter, and Katie, with some proper direction will work as The Date.

So.. this means I get to revise the script and get it ready for the real deal. Of course its only the rough version due next week, so there can be a little room for improvement. I'd still like to get a pretty solid voice recording down though. So since Chad is going Wednesday, and I have class, I'll let him take care of that. As for everyone else, let's set a good time for recording, which I will be able to attend, with Sunday being the latest, as I still need to put together the animatic. So I guess someone should get in contact with Eric and Hollie and let them know what's up so we can schedule a day of recording.

I'll also be uploading the new script here pretty soonish, so check back for that.
